What is Bikur Holim? It is Hebrew for Visiting the Sick, but it encompasses much more. The Bikur Holim committee provides support, encouragement and connection to those congregants in need. This could include making phone calls, visiting, sending cards, providing meals and helping with transportation to medical appointments.
Please let Rabbi Dana know if you are aware of a congregant who needs help. She may not have heard this news from anyone else and would rather be told multiple times than not at all.
